Duluth, Georgia – If you're like most people, you fear public speaking more than you fear death. However, the person with strong communication skills has a clear advantage over tongue-tied colleagues – especially in a spookily competitive job market.
This fall, the District 14 Toastmasters of Georgia teamed up with Death (aka The Grim Reaper) in a common effort to help people conquer their pre-speech jitters. Toastmasters International is a global organization to help people develop communication skills and leadership. On October 16th and 17th District 14 Toastmasters present a "Spooky Speaky" event at the Atlanta Marriott Gwinnett Place (1775 Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth, GA 30096, Gwinnett County). Autumn 2009 will be hosted by the J Division, which includes clubs in the northern region located between Atlanta GA 400 to Athens, Georgia.

Educational sessions offered at the "Conference Spooky Speaky autumn include:
Spooky Speaky weekend will also state-wide assessment and Humorous Speech contest, a costume ball, a parade Banner, a buffet and a banquet. More "Death" will be there on Friday, when participants costumes can win prizes by posing at the conference.
