Is it legal for the Governor of the State of NY, if not illegal are getting a driver's license, then arrest and deport them?
Governor New York is going to give illegal immigrants a "special drivers license" other than people who are legally resident will receive. They say the holder is an illegal immigrant will be prosecuted, arrested, then deported by an automatic assembly line with the directions and gave them to obtain the special license. Is not it cheating? Is this legal? Governor Spitzer is working with the federal government, Homeland Security, which is trying to find solutions to illegal entry and stay in the United States, creating a security breach the U.S. border. I am a legal U.S. resident, born in upstate New York and I am a disabled veteran of the Army. I thought this question to get answers about the legality!

JMO John L ~ Please provide us with evidence that lead to this little piece of plastic (driver's license) makes someone a better driver …. The fact that they have a license does not mean that citizens really be more secure. Who cares if you can find? Do you really think that if you flee from an accident that they are willing to get caught? Do not you think you just keep running and hiding? Will flee the country only and return with a different name ….
