Even the level of wages in professional sport can contribute to the pressure to perform. As ridiculous as it may sound to most of us, most employees are great up to the limit of their credit cards too – they may be able to repay faster than us, but they spend all their income as quickly as we do. Not only do they need to maintain this level of income consistent, they must also keep up appearances, and resemble the successful stars, they are therefore steroid abuse.
The pressure to excel is enormous, and when natural methods do not work, athletes turn to steroids to maintain at the top of their game. The abuse of steroids affects all other participants in professional sports. Excellent performance is more famous, it is interviewed and immediately fell under suspicion. Athletes who consistently outperform their competitors are no longer welcome in their jurisdiction, talent or performance. The glory of victory is tarnished by the actions of some athletes.
The very nature of sports game and sportsmanship is just, and steroids in sports to destroy the very notion of fairness.
