Am I weak?
I currently have around not here a year in my career, and when I'm done I want to be a superior at Chili's. I have one of the most stressful jobs (QA / Expo) I do full time. I generally irritating and usually tolerates know when I see someone doing something wrong. My boss and I (not the head of one) talking about this. that SAIs that People do not seem much, but when things do not QAing, I'm a different person. Our shop is one of the busiest in Texas. He said he is hearing that I'm immature and I need to top peroxide. When I'm in line quality control I'm very intense, because I have to focus on food, but everyone says I am the best guarantee quality we have. So what happens? I feel elated and took degraded by co-workers and possibly jeopardize my future, or ease and consent Sliding my work ethic and relax. It's a duality do not understand. I will be graduating with a BA in History (itself an undergraduate science courses included) and I love the food industry. HELP!

I just started working at a local restaurant a month ago. I'm supposed to be the hostess, but the waiter and even the director asks me to do tasks I feel dont belong to my position (as sweeping and mopping the floor, cleaning windows and bathrooms). I spoke with the manager and complained through her and that when I I was hired was due to start learnining help himself to the position of public relations .. that has not help everyone and still own to carry out those functions .. Nine days ago, I informed the manager of recruitment, by email, which was While interested in talking with me and would call me in the afternoon. That did not develop. A good friend is a chef and has worked surrounded by many of the cities. It is currently in Palm Beach, FL. It amazes me how often you change jobs. He complains all the time that "it fell short of what he said" if it is money or the amount of work. My friend is 48 and has to do this for literally years and years. I can not count all jobs. When I confronted him and he seems to illuminate the problem is, for example, moves a lot in the restaurant business is common. Is that true? He has worked in very well and always win.
